  1. All sales are final.
  • Once you authorize Just Tix to charge your credit card over the phone and/or once you submit an online order you acknowledge and understand that you have provided Just Tix with the authority to charge your card for the tickets ordered.
  • There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations allowed on submitted orders.
  1. Your Justtix.com order will be confirmed and finalized within 24 hours of placing your order.

When an order is placed during normal business hours it is often confirmed and finalized within moments of the order being placed.

  1. If you cannot use your tickets purchased from Just Tix please contact Just Tix and we will discuss potential solutions.

These solutions include having Just Tix help you sell your tickets on a consignment basis, Just Tix offering you a price to purchase tickets from you (often below what you paid), and/or determining if there is a trade solution that works for you and Just Tix.

Please note that Just Tix is not obligated to provide any of the above options.

  1. If your event is cancelled and a new date is not available you will receive a refund on the tickets purchased.
  2. If your event is postponed and a new date is scheduled your tickets will be good for the rescheduled date. You will not need new tickets, your tickets with the original date will be honored at the venue on the new date. If the new date does not work for you there is chance that Just Tix will be able to provide you a refund minus a 25-50% restocking fee. This is done on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss details of potential refund for rescheduled dates.
  3. Just Tix obtains tickets through the teams, venues, leagues, season ticket holders, and other trusted sources in the entertainment ticketing industry.
  4. Just Tix is not affiliated with Tickets.com, Ticketmaster, or any promoter, theatre, venue, team, or box office. All and any copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used within this web site are for descriptive purposes only. Just Tix sells tickets above face value, at face value, and below face value. All prices are based on supply, demand, and seat location. Our prices can be much higher than the face value of the ticket. All prices include our costs of obtaining premium seats.
  5. You agree to contact Just Tix the day of event if you have any issues with your tickets. Just Tix has partners on site for 90% of the events we sell. These partners are there to troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that could arise with your tickets. Failure to contact Just Tix on the day of event to help problem solve your issue will result in you not having any claim against Just Tix and you will be fully accountable for the purchase you made with Just Tix.
  6. We do not replace lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids. The tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.
